Dr Peter Morgan

Peter is a dentist with over 30 years of experience. He is also the co-owner of Symbiosis Dental along with his wife Margaret.
He is especially interested in minimally invasive dentistry and whole mouth makeovers. Peter loves updating his knowledge of treatments and services available in the current dental industry. With professional guidance and advice Peter firmly believes that maintaining a healthy mouth and an attractive smile for life is achievable.
In his spare time, Peter enjoys hiking, sailing, walking the family dogs and archery.
Dr Margaret Morgan

Margaret Morgan is a retired dentist and co- owner of Symbiosis Dental. She qualified as a dentist in 1983 and, after working in Porthcawl and St. Clears for 4 years, joined Peter in Pembroke to open a new practice. After 30 years treating patients of the practice she is now retired from clinical dentistry and concentrates on the efficient and smooth running of Symbiosis Dental.
When not working, Margaret enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Dr Dragos Matei

Dragos has recently joined the team at Symbiosis Dental. With over 13 years of experience in dentistry, Dragos brings a calm, gentle and approachable presence to the practice. Dragos is particularly passionate about caring for anxious patients and is known for his soothing manner and ability to put even the most hesitant individuals at ease. Dragos is ambidextrous which gives him added precision and flexibility in treatments and allows him to adapt comfortably to each patients needs. Dragos has a strong interest in cosmetic dentistry and enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalised care plans, whether it’s a simple filling or a complete smile transformation. Dragos takes pride in creating a relaxed, trust-based environment where patients feel supported throughout their dental journey.
When not in the surgery Dragos enjoys creative, hands-on hobbies like furniture restoration, candle and soap making, as well as exploring new cultures through gastronomy and travel. These interests keep Dragos balanced and help bring fresh energy into his work each day.
Jennie Morgan

Jennie is the practice's Registered Manager. She graduated with her BA Hons degree in Management and Business from University of Glamorgan in 2010 and has been the practice manager since July 2005. Jennie is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the practice. This includes finance, administration, marketing, human resources, health and safety as well as any issues staff or patients may have.
Jennie enjoys caring for her three young children, spending time with family and friends, baking and walking her dogs Winston, Freddy and Bear.
Charlotte Bryson

Charlotte completed her Diploma in Dental Hygiene at Cardiff University, Wales in 2020 and joined our hygiene department in July 2022 to establish and maintain patients periodontal health. Charlotte is Pembrokeshire born and a fluent Welsh speaker. Charlotte is caring and aims to ensure all patients feel at ease and strives to provide treatment to the best standard and pain free.
Charlotte has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and is trained in facial aesthetics, which are now available at the practice. Charlotte enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. Painting and other crafts. Eating out and coastal walks with her dog, Bonnie.
Debbie Spencer-Smith

Debbie joined our hygiene department in January 2025 and is an experienced dental hygienist with over 35 years in this role. Debbie has a special interest in periodontal disease and is passionate about treatment and management of this disease. Debbie’s main priority is helping patients maintain their oral health and encouraging this at home by promoting and educating good oral health practice. Debbie is dedicated in undertaking continuous qualifications to improve her scope of practice and has undergone courses and is qualified to take LA, Impressions, Sealants, temporary fillings, as well as ongoing perio courses and verifiable CPD.
Debbie enjoys painting with acrylic paints and exploring in her campervan. Debbie also enjoys walking on the beach and coastal paths with her two Maltipoo doggies.
Julie Driver

Julie studied for her national dental nurse’s certificate at Pembrokeshire College in 1999 and Joined the practice in July 2010. Julie is an experienced dental nurse with over 25 years in this role. She is an excellent time-keeper, has good people skills and is a reliable team player. Julie enjoys the more involved treatments, such as crown preparations and surgical procedures.
After work, Julie likes socialising, reading and spending weekends away.
Faye Anson

Faye joined our team in March 2022. Faye is an experienced dental nurse with over 2 decades in this role. Faye loves being a dental nurse and is a very friendly and approachable individual. Faye has a special interest in Implants and Radiology and continues to keep her knowledge up to date with the help of Isophram.
Faye enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her husband and family. Faye loves to cook and very much loves beach walks and eating out.

Josie joined our dental nursing team in September 2025. Josie began her dental nursing career in July 2020 and gained her National Diploma in Dental Nursing in March 2024, becoming a GDC registered nurse in May 2024. Josie is a compassionate and empathetic dental nurse who has a strong focus on patient comfort and reassurance. Josie has a special interest in aesthetics and is trained in advanced aesthetics with Derma.
In her spare time Josie enjoys playing football, going to the gym and running. Josie is a beach lover and enjoys spending time with her family.

Emma Morgan
Dental Nurse

Emma re-joined our team in May 2024 after spending some time to raise her young family. Emma is an experienced dental nurse with a decade in this role. Emma is a friendly, hard-working dental nurse and who is always willing to learn new skills. Emma has a special interest in Oral Hygiene instruction and would like to develop her skills in this area.
Emma is a professional saxophonist who plays in a band and as a successful solo musician. Emma volunteers as a dog walker for the elderly and terminally ill.

Emily-Jane Nash
Trainee Dental Nurse
Emily joined our dental nursing team in August 2024. Emily is currently studying with LearnKit to become a qualified and registered dental nurse. Emily is a friendly, approachable dental nurse with a caring personality. Emily has a special interest in oral surgery, orthodontics and root canal treatment.
In her spare time Emily enjoys reading and music. Emily also has a particular interest in social media and graphic design and has a level 3 Diploma in Media Studies.
Sharon Cox
Dental Receptionist
Sharon joined our reception team in August 2024 and is experienced in healthcare. Sharon is a friendly, approachable receptionist who is professional at all times and has excellent organisational skills. Prioritising customer care and showing compassion towards the patient are very important to Sharon. As well as maintaining patient confidentiality and dealing with the queries and needs of each individual efficiently.
Keeping healthy is a personal priority of Sharon's. She enjoys the outdoors immensely, including coastal walks, charity events and gardening. Sharon also enjoys reading and singing as a way to relax.
